Another day down. No weight loss today, but I think that's ok and I should probably stop weighing myself everyday. All it does is freak me out. I think once a week should be fine. Busy day at work today, which is great, less time and temptation to eat.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing a great job! Do what feels most natural to you, what fits. If you feel like taking a peek at the scale after three days, that's fine too, IMHO. Keep it up!

Hi thanks for the kind words ive been offline for a few days sillpc probs no im not a hair sylist i was just having a treat myself day at the salon. you are doing a great job hun keep up the great effort. i too jump on the scales every day and have told myself not too as i get disapointed when they dont move so monday i weigh in and see what damage ive done at the weekends and fridays i weigh in to see how good (or not so good) ive done during the week,maybe give that a go? take care and stay strong xxx
