Another day down. No weight loss today, but I think that's ok and I should probably stop weighing myself everyday. All it does is freak me out. I think once a week should be fine. Busy day at work today, which is great, less time and temptation to eat.

This is going so great! I've been eating exactly what I'm supposed to and exercising. I'm so proud of myself, eventhough the real work comes when you start to plateau. I just feel like my mind and body are in the same and the right place. YEAH!!!

Day two yesterday. I did really great! I keep on it all day, went to the gym with my friend, Jackie, which I'm going to try and talk her into going everyday that we're at work. And then I made turkey meatballs over spaghetti squash. I love pretending that spaghetti squash is pasta! I feel great and I'm on it man!
