Day two of my new eating mind set. Man was it hard even for one day not to eat a bowl of cereal or a granola bar. It made me realize how "carb-addicted" I really am. Hopefully when I go back to work today, it will be easier. I went shopping and bought all the right things to have around, so we'll see.

This is my first day of my new eating and workout regime. I have had a million start dates, but this time I really want to do it and do it right. I'm tired of being overweight. I just want to be successful at this diet and feel better before I have to see everybody again for the holidays. Good luck to me!
