I haven't exercised nearly enough in the last week because I have been busy with business! sigh

and the weight is coming off so s-l-o-w-l-y now. It is a bit frustrating because I have SO far to go!

I was bad. I had bread and wine on my son's b-day. Had a big bucket of popcorn at the movies. For some reason I am struggling. Not getting enough sleep...

207.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Hopefully things will slow down w/the business just a little so you can get back into swing of things. Your chart is so awesome - 30 lbs lost - that is so great - you should be very proud of that!!! I think you hit a point where your body thinks it's fine right where it's at - that's when you need to mix things up a little to kick it in gear again.

Hang in there...your chart does look awesome and you are doing so great! We all have our days, just hang in there, you can do this!

I think we have all reached this point, I was just there. Just hang in there and don't stop giving up, don't stop starting over. You have come a long way. Don't give up. Good luck!
