Had an upper thigh muscle start spazzing and had to stop with the 2 walks each day, and revert back to a 15 minute walk once a day.
New scales show 222.2 until today 221.2.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
