Still wondering how this pcos thing is going to work out. I ordered a couple books so I can learn as much as possible. My OB/GYN told me there was nothing she could do but put me on birth control, and I find it hard to believe that's the only way to control your testerone levels.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You may have already seen this, but here's Google Health's take on PCOS. https://health.google.com/health/ref/Polycystic+ovary+disease I believe BC is the fastest, most direct mode of dealing with the problem. Weight loss is a huge factor in POCS as well. Hope everything works out in your journey!
