Today marks 10 pounds lost since March. I know that's probably slow for a lot of people, but that's exactly how I want it.

Here's to hoping another 10 pound loss over the next 7 months...
181.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
