Well, I have added in some fruit here and there and low-carb/whole wheat bread and much to my surprise I am still losing!! I am so excited!! Still no exercise!! UGH!! Although I did have a softball game last night and ran around the bases a couple times! Had both my kids in the dugout (8 months and 4 years old). I would run to the field, my son would start crying, run back in, he would stop, my turn to bat, pass him off to someone, he would start screaming, run back in, he would stop. Bless his little heart. He doesn't do well past his bedtime but we had no sitters. So I was exhuasted by the end of the game. 20 plus pounds on my hip the whole night while playing a ball game. Whew!! So maybe that does count as some exercise. Strength training maybe!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your chart is looking great! Get the exercise when you have time and are ready for it, no reason to turn this into a guilt trip. Keep up the good work!

Oh yes, that counts! These little turkeys will be helping us lose the weight. I am chasing mine all over the place.
