Yestorday I felt tired. But instead of taking a nap after lunch, I set in front of the TV snacking on nuts and Soy Egg Nog(not recommended), about 800 calories of junk. Don't do it!
184.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
