logging a loss today all though I don't feel worthy, Ill take it.I owe it to the added fiber and over compensation at the gym these last 4 days. LOL. Moving forward, today is a new day and this is a new week and I feel strong. I feel lean and mean and ready to take on the world. I can see and feel the changes every week. I was gonna buy some new workout capris and I was shopping with my Mom and I just grabbed the 16-18's outta habit and Mom pulls em up and says "who are these for? this isn't your size" I was livid...in a good way. On another note, I learned a lot about who I am and what kind of person I want to be on this journey and what I need to do to get there, discovering it within myself like the quote says... I just need to keep my eye on the prize, ... Hope everyone has a great Monday and great week.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 118.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All of these changes can be so hard to maintain and setbacks are bond to happen as we get the hang of healthy living. Good for you for picking yourself up and getting right back into the fray!
