“We cannot teach people anything. We can only help them discover it within themselves.”Galileo Galilei logging a loss today all though I don't feel worthy, Ill take it.I owe it to the added fiber and over compensation at the gym these last 4 days. LOL. Moving forward, today is a new day and this is a new week and I feel strong. I feel lean and mean and ready to take on the world. I can see and feel the changes every week. I was gonna buy some new workout capris and I was shopping with my Mom and I just grabbed the 16-18's outta habit and Mom pulls em up and says "who are these for? this isn't your size" I was livid...in a good way. On another note, I learned a lot about who I am and what kind of person I want to be on this journey and what I need to do to get there, discovering it within myself like the quote says... I just need to keep my eye on the prize, ... Hope everyone has a great Monday and great week.
