WEIGHT OBJECTIVE OBTAINED! After a couple of years of off and on monitoring food intake, I finally hit my goal of 175. Unfortunately, there is still junk in the trunk. New goal, 168.
174.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
