This is probably because I haven't been able to eat much because of my stomach.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! YOH it just started last weekend, it's a side effect of a medicine I started about 2 weeks ago. Dr says it's reflux, but if it doesn't go away I'm going to need to switch medicines again. I don't want to be on reflux medicine too and I just figured out my reflux problems a few years back 😫 this damn anxiety - the cause of all my problems 😂
