It's very easy to be negative and spiral into self-hate when I log my weight. It is not moving. I play up and down between 131-135kg. It's fucking exhausting when all I want to be is 75kg. This week I'm going to do something different. On Saturdays, I inject Ozempic. For 24-36 hours afterwards, I want to eat EVERYTHING! And then my Monday/Tuesdays are spent vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramps. It's basically a trend now and we need to change the sequence of things:

1. Do hypnosis therapy on Saturdays/Sundays to prevent binge-eating and crazy cravings.
2. Drink lots of water on Saturdays/Sundays.
3. Eat small portions - potentially pre-cooked meals.
4. Prevent hypos & hypers.
5. Exercise Saturdays/Sundays.
291.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 115.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
