My #28daychallenge ended yesterday!! It's been one tough month, but I did it!! Lost 4kg. Feels like I should've lost more - but hey, it's only been 4 weeks and I can't say I followed a diet of cauliflower, broccoli and steamed chicken! It's also only been a month. I'm much further than I was 4 weeks ago. Tummy flatter, I'm feeling taller. It's worth it.
I'm going on a camp at the end of July. I want to follow an 8-week challenge and see how far I can get!! Good start to my week :)
