After about a week I broke thru my plateau! Proud of myself for not throwing in the towel. Lifting and running has definitely made my body change even if the scale didn’t budge. Don’t give up!! 💪
146.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
