I found myself on Tuesday participating in a C8 diet. If I see it I ate it!
So now I am further behind where I had been...
I can't seem to get ahead...always slipping behind and getting a bigger behind!
I got away from entering on my journal my food and exercise. So we will try again. Gardening in Minnesota has begun...so that is good exercise for me. Today is cool and raining...so will have to do other things.

268.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey, girlfriend, at times, we all have followed that rule of C8. What's important is that you not give up on this journey; we are all here for you. Keep trying!!

That has been me this week. On the truck with my husband and it has been a little stressful this week. For some reason everything he does is getting on my nerves. Do you ever do that.

I here you. I have been on the plan for weeks. Its a hard plan to kick but slowly doing it, hang in there

Oh Tonya...I so hear you! this week was a mixture of PMS and DMS and you can imagine what that is like!!! I have hot flashes at night (night sweats?) and my hormones are all over the place. Everything anyone does puts me on edge!!! I hate the sound of plastic bags and it seems like my teenage daughter has to be getting into one constantly. I have so much I want to get done in the evenings when I get home from work...yet I am exhausted when I walk in the door...so nothing gets done. Then I am mad at myself for being so behind on everything. Vicious cycle I am in.
