I did calf raises!!! It is leg day! Calf raises is on my list and I follow my list. It is reporting day on the lifting challenge.

I have lifted every day alternating upper and lower body. I finally feel like I have recovered fully from Covid since finally testing negative a week ago. I have some strength back!!!! Now to try to get even stronger!

129.4 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol good for you. love the cartoon. doing simple calf raises from my PT I think helped heal my plantar fantasia best. it's not all better but I was surprised how it healed my feet

So glad you got that advice Jen. My MIL has PF and it is pretty bad. Back when she first got it about 30 years ago they were not very good at suggesting exercise just shoes and soles. The people she sees now is so much better at giving her things to work at but now it so much more difficult to deal with

I do calf raises as part of my routine. They also benefit knees, which is why I started doing them.

Aw. Hopefully she can do calf raises a few times a day even if they hurt. Poor thing. A year ago, i could barely walk from PF. The PT was worthless except the calf raises for me 🤣
