I think it was good week, stayed busy go some things done I needed to do. A couple of sad moments, but in the end a good week. I hope everyone has a great weekend, thanks to Snezica, I think I am going to smoke some chicken on the grill this weekend :)
193.6 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
