Lots of salty food so my weight is up a couple of pounds. Maybe on official weigh in on Wednesday I will be back down. I think I ate ok just lots of fatty tidbits.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
