176.8... hmmm... must be doing something right this week. Either that or I'm finally breaking my plateau.

Dropped my target weight to 165. I don't know if it's attainable, but I'm going to try my darnedest.

Kinda bummed my progress bars are yellow again though... lol

Here's to continued success!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
