Ok yesterday did ok had catfish and zuccini and thats all cause due to I became very ill in the evening
Got up today have prepared lots of food to go thru the week
made- eggplant pizza, caralized spare ribs, spagetti squash, homemade spagetti sauce, turkey chili cut peppers,onions,mushrooms up and celery and carrots up for munching.
today i had 2 egg omelet with peppers,onion,mushroom and cheese
probaly wont work out today still not feeling well. Would however like to lose if possible 5lbs by sun for the reunion do you think its possible???
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

5 pounds of real fat by Sunday is difficult but a great goal; even if you only lose 2 of fat and 3 pounds of water, you will fell a lot better and it's definitely doable. Hope you feel better and keep trying anicolet. You will succeed! :-)

I'm impressed with the preparation of the food for the week! Now just stick to the plan for the week! Good luck. Even if you don't lose 5 pounds you will have made a great start and you'll feel better.
