Have incorporated some fasting along with juicing and whey shakes in place of daytime meals. Did not eat at all during the most recent Sunday event. Water fasted the whole day.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Are you fasting with the supervision of a doctor? Everytime I see "water fast" I get a bit nervous.
