I normally weigh in weekly, but as I approach my goal I am keeping tight tabs. Returning to the gym today to do a full body "wake up" workout in preparation for starting up the next 12 week program with my wife.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
