judibird's Journal, 28 September 2009

Good Morning. Back to work today. First day back is always a bear. Especially when you have been off for two weeks. I will have over 1,000 emails to wade through and then getting caught up with all that has happened. The good news is that I will be busy and therefore easier to stick to the plan.

It is much cooler here than California and my body is still adjusting to the temperature so dressing warmly today. I have no idea how hot it will be but it is always cold in the office. There was movement on the scale this morning and so I am encouraged that I will be back to 178 soon.

You all have a great day and remember it is hard to soar with the eagles if you are running with the turkeys.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Welcome back Judibird; we've missed you! I'd say you survived the eating part of your vacation quite well...and you'll be just fine once you're able to get back into your routine.
