I love two things today. 1. I don't have to go to work today and 2. I've finally figured out my body, for about two weeks my weight fluctuates 1 pound up or stays stagnate then I loose like 3-5.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
