166.6 lbs today,
Record low for me. Good thing cause I took a day off today for a good ol' poolside barbecue at my pals house. Ate bigger than usual but we gotta enjoy life. It was nice indulging a bit and not being all whacked in the head about it like I got in the beginning of this quest! Got some yard work in earlier and a lot of swimming. Gonna log the best I can I guess!

You and my DH are fabricated from the same Metal, lol! Back in the day I liked the early Metallica and some Judas Priest, but tend to lean more toward bands like Seether,Shinedown and Chevelle now. Makes for great workout material to bust at the gym. ;) Have a great day and keep on rocking bro!
