I am single 39 year old female with a decent job and loads of activities. I am making my weight loss goals through accountability and motivation.

I hope that this year helps me bring about a permanent healthy change to my weight and life style. I started with fat secret last year and just gave up for many months.

I am proud to say since last year I have lost over 25 Lbs. I didn't realize I had lost that much until I looked back at my history.

I feel it is time to woman up and take charge of my life and my weight. When this is all over and I am at a healthy weight, I promise I will never duck and cover when someone pulls out a camera unless my hair is messed up. :)

I have read so many people's success stories and motivations to others. I am inspired by everyone and want to support others on fatsecret and be a success story as well. We truly all can be in this together.

nutrisystem works!
I also have been weaning off of FS. I have not lost and gain and lose a little every week, but I agree with you. NS is easy it helps you lose the weight, but it also gets you dependant on their food if you don't learn to get off of it. The money was high, and I am glad I used them to lose where I wanted to be. Now FS is helping me monitor calories and stay motivated. I still am eatting my NS left over food in between counting calories. The NS price between regular and store bought food, was just to high to continue.

Searching for Foods
I cut some of the words off and make a general search, Also I have found that if you put the brand name at the end it comes up easier. Example Cheese Kraft.

Eventual wean off of NS
Humm, interesting. I did not know about the low sodium plan. I also have HBP. My BP is controlled by the meds and I am drinking loads of water, but I have noticed that NS products have high sodium. Good info to know in case my BP starts getting irregular.

Eventual wean off of NS
I didn't know about the Flex plan. It will help on travel and days where I want a change. I noticed the Carbohydrates in the flex that are not in the regular plan. That must be what the NS meals replace.
