Had dinner at Kincade's steak house last night. Just a small steak, came with fries and bread. Really bloats you up, my weight jumped 2.5 lbs overnight. Back to healthy eating.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
