What a relief this weigh in was...I was expecting a totally different results. My sweet tooth is alive, well and out of control! I need to rid myself of that monster for good. Today is a good day to begin that task. Stay true all...

I have a mayo cake with peanut butter frosting sitting on the counter and It has taken every single ounce of energy to keep away from it.

Hello all. Being MADE to avoid sugar due to a medical condition and not being a fan of artificial sweetners, I'll tell you what....stay away from refined sugar for just a week or two and you will begin to dislike the taste. I actually almost get sick if I put something super sweet in my mouth (have to spit it out...sorry)

I do not like artificial sweetners either. Trying to kick this sugar habit. Doing ok.
