I have been doing pretty good so far. I did a lot of housework this past week. I guess you could say I did my spring cleaning for the fall. I have not gotten back in my routine of walking but I hope to pick that back up here soon. I am striving to be better.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
