Dukan Day 51
Not too worried. Ate well yesterday-back on no booze and more protein/minimal carbs. Terrible headache! Carb withdrawal?
144.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today is a "funny" reporting day on facebook. NO BOOZE!!! yikes, me too, the docs told me no alcoholic drinks, not even... not even red wine!! Yep, you had a bad day with pizza and bad stuff but we already know that it is probably a lot of water retention and things all that bad food causes. It is a "temporary" weight gain and hopefully will be completely gone in 3 days if you stay on track (honest injun..a famous Palm Springs diet doctor told me that). He said "temporary" weight gains happen when we go off our diets and eat wrong foods, but getting back on diet mode you will see it all gone within 3 days! how is the night time snacking going? This is such a huge battle for me and now that all I do is lay around the house doing nothing, its even worse. Definately eating at night is a big problem and causing weight gain and inablility to lose weight. so How are you doing with that??

lol-J-I had 11 bad days in a row! Sorry about the no booze rule. I know we both like a good glass of wine. I am on meds and shouldn't drink for that reason but somehow that never stopped me! The motivation to lose weight is working though :) I have one or two days a week when I HAVE to eat late at night. I think it's not so bad. Just do your best. I find that chewing gum has helped me a lot. Keeps my mouth busy and keeps me out of the kitchen! I do believe this 3 days rule. SU has lost 4 lbs since we got back.
