Despairing because I'm not losing weight fast enough on >60 carbs per day plan. Beginning Atkins induction phase today.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You seem to be losing pretty darned fast. It's so important to keep realistic expectations so you don't get disappointed if the weight loss eventually slows. The closer you get to goal, the slower it usually comes off. I aim for a pound a week. I wish it were more, but I will take any loss. I think you are doing fine. Just keep at it.
