Slowed down this week? Did not change my diet though. I wonder if the sugar substitute is slowing the process? I am using splenda, but only 4 packets per day. Also drinking green tea, it probably has some in it. Any ideas?
268.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you counting each packet as a carb? Check the label on the green tea. If you don't know if it has Splenda, perhaps it has even worse?
