Dukan Day 27

No change in weight-ugh!

I've been good too! Upping the cardio a bit-more running/less walking and started with some light weightlifting. I'd like to swim but pool is too damn cold.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
