It has been a nice holiday with family.

We had very cold weather followed by some mild melting. Running has suffered a bit since roads have been icy but I will try today. Have been working with weights and feeling it. Which shows how much I needed it.

Back to strict dieting again so hopefully things will even out. Looks like I need to drop a few :(

I have been winter beach walking which I find super enjoyable and relaxing.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a beautiful place for a walk! I think running would be difficult when trails are frozen, it's so easy to slip and fall. Take it easy!

Thanks guys. It is not really cold right now. I guess it is relative I am used to very cold weather and here it is usually between 0 and minus 5 Celsius. I grew up in the arctic and so I joke and say that this is an average summer day from my childhood
