Dukan Day 24

143.9 and holding. That is good news-my body likes to be 144. If I can hold on to 143.9 and nudge my way to 140 and then hold that, I think I will really believe I can reach 130. SU is 156-he's lost 14 lbs and now weighs only 2 lbs more than I did 3 weeks ago. Weird! Maybe, I'll give him all my "fat" clothes. Never too late to start cross dressing!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Getting rid of those fat clothes will sure help you never go there, so send them farther away! Sorry SU can stick to his manly clothes. lol So happy for you ;)
