My husband and I are trying to do a low carb diet. Hoping it will lower our bad cholesterol and get us healthier.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1189 kcal Fat: 64.37g | Prot: 79.56g | Carb: 77.50g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Egg (Whole), Organic Valley Half & Half, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Butter, Whole Wheat Bread, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Texas Roadhouse Ribeye (10 oz). Dinner: 2% Fat Milk, Chicken Out Rotisserie Cucumber and Onion Salad, Meat Loaf Made with Beef. Snacks/Other: Dannon Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Nut Mixture with Dried Fruit and Seeds, Market Pantry Mozzarella String Cheese, Water. more...
