Almost a month in. I did have a setback and gained it all back but now I am back into a rhythm. I hope. And back in blue! Been eating two meals and a snack. Sticking low carb for now.

Enjoying the nice fall weather which is so different from the prairie where I was. Here it is still like fall.
123.6 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice pic! We are done with fall and have winter weather now. It is 12 degrees this morning and will be 3 degrees Thursday morning!

Your hikes are the complete opposite of mine in terms of scenery, but I can imagine the smells and the breeze and the full-lung breaths of air. Lowers the stress and blood pressure in ways a gym cannot. 💚
