Day 7! I didn't work the plan so the plan didn't work, duh! Starting the challenge week still in the 150's. Looking forward to staying with it and get down some more.
October start: 162
November start: 157
Weighing every day is nerve wracking but motivating.
Finishing up the retirement paperwork today hopefully and cleaning up my desk for tax season.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

5 lbs. less is a win! and Thank you for the info on "Mr. Swindle's Traveling Peculiarium" I couldn't find anyone who didn't already have plans. I missed it! 🙁 (I have no problem going to shows/events by myself but it's smarter for a woman not to go to a place she's never been to alone at night) Please let me know about any other shows/events coming up, I would have never had heard about this if it wasn't for you. You lost 5 lbs. for a month! I think it is very good job and eventually, you will meet your weight goal soon. What an excitement! As far as I am concerned, I weigh my body weight everyday. It became a ritual and helps me to read my body's work/needs. My body is the best mate in my life. 😄
