I stayed on track fairly well yesterday. Still a little higher in carbs than I wanted to be. I did some cardio last night which felt good. I cheated, though, and had a late-night bowl of cereal. I forced myself out of bed this morning in time to get in a little more cardio before I got ready for work. I wish I could have the self-motivation to do this every morning because I feel really good. I feel focused again. I'm hoping to keep it up!
