Dukan Day 6

Weight 147.4

I am losing still and VERY surprised and nervous. SU is freaking out as he has stopped losing. He sounds like me-obsessed with everything. Told him he has to drink more water and eat more. He looks at me with that "you just don't get it" stare. I perfected that stare, lol. He's actually lost 6 pounds in less than a week. He is now banned from the scale.

The diet is not easy but it's not hard either. Now that we can eat veggies, it's better for me. I did eat some raspberries last night. Had to-could not let them rot. Tasted divine, just with a tablespoon of greek yogurt. GAve me the extra boost of fiber I need-if you catch my drift....
147.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

aw, your poor hub. We have all been there. Men do need a ton more calories. And water. Hey your diet is starting to look good to me. lol did you google it onlne or buy something? You don't have to answer that :) Also, answer to your question last week -no. I have never boughten (or eaten that I know of) eggs out of a carton. I get a little upset over throwing the yolks away, but I do it anyway. :(

I googled it--Dukan Diet-there is stuff about it here too...You have to pay to subscribe to the official site-I didn't do that. Just read what's online and figured out the rest myself. I may not be doing it to the letter. It's basically protein ONLY for first 5 days or so and then protein and veggies alternating with protein only until you hit your goal weight. NO CARBS. I am in shock that I've loat weight and been able to stay on it for six days now.

Hey whatever works! Good for you for trying something new, sticking with it and getting results. NO carbs EVA??? Idk about that. I mean good for you but I may try somthing to give me a boost. I just want to get back to 115.

No not for ever-just until you get to goal. Go on and try the Attack Phase (only pure protein) for a day or two. I think you will get results.
