Dukan DAy 5

Down a few ounces...

Had champagne last night-not bad considering what else was on the table:

Rigatoni
Meatballs
Bread
Cheese
Olives
Crackers
Strawberry Shortcake
Chocolate Lava Cake
Ice Cream

I ate salad.
148.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
