Crazy to go up 2.5 pounds in a day. I never weighed daily in the past, but it’s cool when you can be unattached to the number. Annoying, but neat to see how much it fluctuates

I hear that. I weigh daily and sometimes I find myself arguing with the scale. The flip side of weighing in every day is eventually you have enough data to see patterns if they exist. So I see hormonal patterns reflected in my weight. Clear as day.
