Good Morning, it is cloudy and cool here this morning a welcome relief to the heat. I am doing the up and down dance with my weight and I just have to learn to accept it. I know you have heard this from me before but it is an on going battle I play in my head. This is not a weight loss program I am on, it is a complete change in my thinking about food and myself. My goal has always been to feel better physically and about myself and have more energy. Well I am getting there. So why do I complain about this little fluxes in my weight so much? Who knows? Maybe that is what I am a complainer. Oh I do not know I guess I am just rambling AGAIN. Hope you all have a good day I am planning to. Bye for now.

Lady dog, lady dog, lady dog!!! LOL!!! Losing the weight isn't nearly as difficult as changing our mindset!! You are doing fine!! No worries!! Your loss has been so much more steady than most ... I wish only that you could embrace all that is positive about you and your journey!! If complaining helps with the process ... keep it up!!! LOL!!!

No, I don't think you are complaining. You are more likely concerned that you don't slip into complacency and regain what you have lost, and that is as it should be. I said it somewhere yesterday: we have a formidable demon within us which we have to learn to control, and which, for the time being, requires constant surveillance. Keep up the *outstanding* work Judibird! :-)
