Your profile says you're losing at 1.6 lbs a week. That's a good sustainable healthy rate of loss. Don't get discouraged, just keep up what you're doing.

Wow! So surprised at all the comments of support. Thank you? Feel so down on myself that I let myself get here in the first place its hard to celebrate something so seemingly small. As I think about this... I would never say that to someone else... I really need to stop the negative self talk and have some compassion for myself. So, yes... Thank you for the boost I got from your encouragement and support. It has made a difference in my attitude today.

Nicely done! The past is past. You have lots of good reasons to do this, and you can do it! Take it one day at a time, and enjoy the moment. Judge your worth by what you have to offer, not by how much you weigh.
