Body fat is up to 27%. I can't remember the last time I looked at that number, but I know it was 24% towards the end of last year. At least it's still under 30!

Went for a nice 15 mile bike ride this morning. I have a run scheduled for tomorrow 😄 let's keep it up folks!

If your scale is anything like mine, it keeps my bf at 27% till I start to drop my BMI

So glad you are cross training! 15 miles is a great ride - way more than I used to do - usually 10 and my butt would start hurting! LOL
