Well i thought the flu/bad chill i had was gone but it came back with a vengeance. 2 weeks off eating well and training ( really was no need to eat junk though i did and the weight gain shows it )

Im back on track and more determined than ever.... f anyone out there cares say hi and let me know.

goodluck :) i most deff know that feeling of being sick lol just got released yesterday from hospital after being there for like 2 weeks

I had a week off where I messed up a little. It could happen to any of us. Glad you are back and determined. I feel the same way.
