I am 59 years old, husband, father of three, grandfather of five. I have probably lost the equivalent of my body weight over the years (and, of course, gained it all back). I can lose weight, but have historically been horrible at maintenance once I meet my goal weight. I first tried Atkins about 14 years ago; six years ago it was LA Weight Loss. I started my current weight loss effort using Weight Watchers in January of 2013, but switched over to calorie counting, as I found it easier (and more in line with the tools on this website). Using this website and increasing my activity has allowed me to lose 60 lbs in the past year. I have been maintaining for just under ten months as of 5/16/14.

Hi - have you looked under the "Fitness" tab to see if there are other exercises that apply? Also, if you can't find what you want, you can add a custom exercise in your exercise diary. Click on +Add Exercise then +Add Custom Exercise.

Hi - did you click on the "+ Add item" right below "Breakfast"? That should bring up a search panel for you to enter your food. If you get no results found there, you have the option of adding the food as a new entry. There will be a "+ Add new food" at the bottom of the search panel. If you click on that it will prompt you to enter the nutrition information for the food you have eaten. Good luck!
