Started working with weights last week and consuming more protein. I have noticed that I'm already showing muscle forming and my weight is up 2 pounds....interesting.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And you'll notice your clothes will begin getting bigger. So, don't freak out if the muscles get big and the scale doesn't talk nice to you.

Thank you CR for your comment. I just have to balance my carbs with my proteins. Oh, and by the way, I too am a musician. (Classic piano and voice)

Irish... I'm an old hippie. Now my son... he's classically trained on piano, organ and voice. He's the talent. I just listen and love.
