So I'm doing a new thing now...using an appetite suppressant and it's completely working. Force-feeding myself! Not affecting my sugar levels at all. It's about R500.00 a month though - quite expensive! But I can actually diet again without obsessing over food! It's only the second day though...so can't be too over excited. I'm drinking a lot of water too - which is great! I've got to continue with it!
